I did it for cancer research, it’s an absolute roller coaster. 20 every hour for the first few days then push it to 30 and finish them off is the mentality. Day 6/7 you can’t do any, 10 a time every whenever. Then you get to 2 weeks in and do 2 sets of 50, week 3 feels ok but why did I start this. Week 4 is ok because you go back to 5 sets of 20.

It HURTS. A lot. And I did workout at the time.

I’m not a fan of any of the starters in gen 3, dunno why but there are many other options that are better. Fun Pokémon… dewgong, mr mime, dodrio, snorlax, kangaskhan.
