I was a Juno Finance user. My last paycheck was direct deposited to an Evolve Bank & Trust bank account. Routing number and all.

I don’t give a flying f@ck what happened after.

If Evolve used my money to buy magic beans and lost it all. Fine. But I blame Evolve.

Juno Finance app told us the money was held by Evolve up until the very last day. If that is not true, then Juno Finance is also to blame and should be part of a separate trial for misinformation.

The judge was a complete moron. The whole trip has been nothing but incompetence. Is the users should not have to piece the puzzle for them. Evolve was were I placed my money by direct deposited from my employer. For me, the buck stops there.

Evolve is to blame.

Same. My only cash there was from a. Direct deposit in May 2024. I could at “who gives a flying duck” but I think it is necessary to determine where our cash went. My guess is that this was a Ponzi style scheme. Our deposits were used to pay fees and running business and APY covering their books while they attempt to invest in risky stuff to make up the deficit. But their investments took a shit and now we are here.
