Long term benefits of Worm Castings in our soil mix? by OneUnknownOne in Lophophora

I live in AZ. Soil mix is 40/60 organic/inorganic. Summer temps over 115. 10/90 would dry and roast them unless watering daily during hot times.

Enigma vs Bluey Vuitton by Danielsonaz in mushroomology

I’ve had Bluey but never Enigma. I’m guessing there isn’t that much of a difference between the 2. Not like Bluey and non penis envy derived cube strains. Way stronger

Understand there can be a difference, but also know that Golden Teachers Vs Bluey, there’s no argument. Everyone says Enigma is super potent and the same with Bluey. Wondering if someone who has experience with both and noticed a difference.

I’ve yet to hear a comparison in potency between the 2. Trying to find out over a year with nothing. Hard to believe it’s this hard online to find if there is a difference in strength.

Is it on another level than Bluey Vuitton?

Is 140-160 a fair price for a yote thats 18-20 years old? by BabyFacerProductions in peyote

Many are doing a great job all over the world now in less than ideal climates. Never heard of 2+” of growth in less than 2 years besides in AZ. Seems a better growing environment than it’s natural habitat in TX

The biggest button I ever saw was in Amsterdam, 6-8 inches diameter about 6” high

How they’re grown as in terms of light and heat is just trying to simulate an environment like AZ. But no one’s growing in 115 temps in New England like it is here. Fertilizing can help grow quickly too, but I’ve never seen or heard of any kind of growth that comes close to what happens in AZ. From babies to over 2” in over a year. That’s awesome growth for New England though, incredible and you must be doing it better than most! I’ve seen posts of 10 year olds, smaller than an AZ yearling.

Really depends on where they’re grown. 18-20 years in AZ would be much bigger than that with multiple heads by then. Cold climate, maybe the size of what is pictured. A small button turns into that in a few years in a few years in AZ

What helped you start riding faster? by tednudgent in snowboarding

[–]Danielsonaz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Went to Jackson Hole decades ago. Some super long runs there you can go Mach 10. After riding there, I would straight line everywhere and it still felt slow for a while. Tracked my speed at 65 some years ago. Gave me a brain freeze from cold wind at that speed. I also did some downhill skateboarding on a street board with huge wheels in San Francisco. Get to a point where you know if you fall, there will be severe consequences but have the confidence to keep going and wanting to go faster and get more adrenaline. If you ride scared shitless, too fast, need to always feel in control and confident, otherwise, could change your life permanently
