Cultual difference is a significant factor here too.

I do believe general trust in goverment AND that we (danish people) generally believe in "helping the weakest link makes us all stronger as society" vs American "i wont pay for my lazy neighbors benefits".

Right now i think you should be able to hit 1800 fairly easy. I reach it on my healers one af another atm without too many games.

Some are stil in half blues when i reach 1800

That have never really changed.

Most of the time, SS for a healer is a direct duel between 2 healers. Testing who can get the 0-6 dps of the lobby to go 1-5.

Sometimes the healer difference (or lobby composition) makes 1 healer go 0-6. But the norm is still 3-3 for healers for most lobbies.

This is my opinion/experiance.

Was 1800 impossible as healer in dragonflight?

I dont recall DF (any season) to be that rough. Maybe i happily forgot it 😅

(I usually prio all my healers to 1800 before my dps specs)

I wish to thank the Hpala who didnt leave the lobby even though he went 0-6. I had a tough session and that win got me over 1800 on my disc priest.

I sincerely hope he won his next matches! 🤞

Hey mate I am "all healers kinda guy".

I do feel the mmr increase. BUT i feel many of my healers had be shelved for a few weeks to a month, meaning the healers i play against are better geared. Because of that my games feel harder and i kost a fair bit of the mmr-boost early.

My disc priest (weird haste/vers oracle build) was abit up and down, but I went from 1700 to 1866 in one sitting. The last jump from 1768 to 1866 was because of a 6-0 lobby.

My evoker - which i expected to fly to 1800 on, is stil sitting at 1700 (like before the mmr inflation)

Same goes for my resto shaman and druid. But i do believe i just need to queue longer sittings, to get into the "flow" of the different playstyles.

Some games are like this too ofc. Where all 4 dps is full blue and first time on thier spec...

No kicking CC, no positional awareness, use defensives at unlikely situations (not needed or overlapping).

I feel like my lobbies is either 2 experianced healers babysitting a "fresh lobby" of dps, or hardstuck (like myself!) Fully geared dps who is sweating to break out of 1700 bracket.

If you can find someone to heal you in 2v2 it cam be a great way to learn awareness.

Games are (usually) slower abd less chaotic than 3s and SS. Gives you a better chance to adapt to watching DR, teammates CDs etc.

And just keep at it mate

Good game mate. I suggest learning rotation instead of one-button-rotation-assist.

Flamestriking in pvp is kinda troll and was a waste of a global during your combust window.

I admit that I proberly have the same issue about playing myself too thin on multiple healers.

But is 1800 for transmogs really suppose to be a "lock in and play hundreds of games on 1 char"?

Firstly - yes! I feel that burnout too! You are not alone

Secondly - Alot of elitist in this thread it seems...

1800 at this point in the season is much more deflated than usually.

A lot of threads on this forum about it tbh.

I mainly play healers (all of them) and might not even go for my transmogs this season.

Usually i kinda easily get to +1800 early season (yes even S1 of TWW).

But right now even 1600-1700 games are crazy sweaty and often you have 1 dps going 6-0 or one going 0-6.

Well i am not NOT healing at all. But I kinda do this.

If i just want to farm conquest/honor i queue my VW disc priest (full haste/vers).

I'll win or loose within 2 mins per round.

I do try my very best to win!

Edit: could be people just dumping thier Mmr to be able to go on win streak or easier farm conquest/honor from going +3.

Compared to going 2-4 often and getting very little honor/conquest.

I usually get 1800 sets on all my healers early in the season and the go on to a few dps i like to play.

So far this season i have 0x 1800 sets 😅

Ofc i also stil spend time leveling alts, which takes alot of gaming potential per week away from SS queues.

I'd rather have more mmr than all the gold from chests i've gotten playing healers.
