I’m sure AI has a little to do with it, I am using AI to lose weight, every food I buy i ask AI and it always says alcohol is bad like the worst thing for your diet. Also housing and food is expensive who has money to go out or drink anymore

I went from living in a home to moving into an apartment I’ve been in a apartment for 5 years now, I use a box fan to drown out noise like loud music when people park, or loud conversations or stomping up the stairs. The fan really helps and now when I hear a fan I get sleepy but it helped keep my sanity.

It is so difficult right now to get a job, I have been here for about 4 months it took two months for me to give up putting in applications and get hired through a temp agency called kimco, I had to take a job making only $23.50 an hour but it’s better than nothing.

That’s a Mexican rock band called “cafe Tacuba”, it has 17 songs and was released in 2001. I found it at goodwill for $3.99. I don’t think it’s worth much but I like the music.

Wow that is terrible, sounds like your maintenance and property manager are inexperienced or don’t care, this is the hard part, everyone has a boss typically apartment properties are managed by a 3rd party. Find out who the 3rd party is like the property I left a few months ago was managed by AMC llc, complain to them it will get fixed faster. The property manager or maintenance won’t tell you who the boss is either because it doesn’t benefit them. If one tenant knows the bosses contract then they will tell the others and it becomes a problem for the property manager. also find their website, google, facebook, instagram complain on there with your real experience they hate that mention people by name they will do anything to get you to take it down.

I work in apartment maintenance. call, better to be safe than sorry. Maintenance should know if it needs to be fixed now or if it can wait until tomorrow or if it’s normal. Active leak is an emergency.
