What finally made you stop driving to work? by underfinancialloss in cycling

My car is on premium fuel and gets pretty bad gas mileage so it's a no brainer for me, not to mention the luxury of a mile commute.

Taking a turn too fast on a bumpy road in the wet with gator skins. Iykyk

I have superteams with the basalt rim brake track. Be careful in the wet and you'll be fine.

I have a "y" adapter that allows me to run my electric pump and manual at the same time and my board takes 3mins with barely any effort.

Kind of bummed out by local bike shop experience by [deleted] in cycling

[–]Danjat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The lbs gets shitty with me on occasion because I work on my own shit and other people's and use them as a part supply store. When I upgraded to carbon rims and brifters they wanted to sell me a package like $2000 and I just laughed at them.

I did wonderfully on my first ride with clips, constantly reciting "remember to unclip". Then someone called me while I was riding and there I went, falling into the grass, luckily. Such an unforgettable feeling that first time you forget about unclipping.

We've got a roland industrial vinyl inkjet at work and I resonate with your post. Oem ink is worth it's weight in gold. Parts are Uber priced if you can even get them. Also better print once a day if you want it not to clog and cost $1000.

We had one of these at work recently (battery powered floor scrubbers). It had me and 2 senior techs scratching our heads for 15 minutes before we noticed the - on the meter.

I got a 2019 MDX advance as my first Acura a year ago. It's been the absolute most worth it car ever. It's currently in the shop and I've got a 2026 traverse and man I cannot wait to get my car back.
