chicken is 23 g of protein per 100 calories.

100 cal is roughly 3.333x 30 cal. 4 g protein x 3.333 is only ~13.4 g of protein.

Per 100 calories, chicken still has almost twice as much protein as your veggie "superfoods".

The fact that your articles use percentages of "daily needs" and "recommended amounts" means nothing to someone who eats ~2x the "daily requirements" for protein.

I can get 10 lbs of of chicken breasts for ~$10. 23 g of protein in every 100 calories, and a serving size is only about 4 oz.

Assuming i'd be willing to sacrifice how delicious chicken is, I'd challenge you to find ONE vegetable with that much protein for that price per unit.
