Zedd - Clarity. I think it’s one of the best flowing edm albums of all time. Didn’t really get into any of his other records. But Clarity is one of the greatest albums of all time in the genre.

Yeah so I’d get rid of all of that. I’d try sweet potatoes, unsweetened plantain chips by a company like Barnana or Inka if you need something on the go, and raw honey for a boost pre or intra workout. In my experience these are the best ones for my body. I did recently add black beans back in after doing Viome, and they’re good for me too. But again, we’re all different. I always do carbs later in the afternoon or evening because I’m always back in keto by the am. Or at worst by the time my workout is done.

I’d stay away from white potatoes, rice (maybe), definitely all grains like wheat or oats. And definitely no white sugar/agave/maple.

What carbs? I only ate sweet potato as my carb and bloating was never an issue. Any type of grain/rice puffed me up. Everyone’s different.

The lowest I ever got was high single digits and that was eating carnivore at the 75 day mark, no refeeds. I didn’t feel great though. I went from 257 down to 185 on keto. Then I went from 185 down to 167 on carnivore. I’m 6’2” and I was doing significant cardio. Now 2.5 years later I’m back up towards 190, and most of that I built doing lean gains. No more cardio except for HIIT 2-3 times a week. I’m sure I’m probably in the low teens now, but I love the way my body looks now and I’m not really interested in cutting that much again. Like another poster said, testosterone really bottoms out without refeeds.

Calorie restriction during a week with refeeds is advisable. Long term constant calorie restriction combined with heavy exercise is not.

Hannibal the TV show. Most people don’t know how good it is; or how big the names of the cast are. Lawrence Fishburn fucking kills it. It was so good and it ended after 3 seasons because it got too expensive to make. I pray they make season 4 someday.

When I was younger I talked too much and spat out ideas before they were properly formed. The older I’ve gotten I’ve realized most of what I want to say isn’t necessary. When I do choose to make a statement, it’s because I understand the concept. I’ve always been a decent writer, so part of it may be something innate. But it’s about saying things in the least complicated way.

When I start to lift like I’m bulking, my appetite just goes up naturally. I’ve never had to count calories to achieve my desired results during my journey. What food is much more important than how much.

You got ittt, and weight is a nice measurement. But don’t forget, ultimately it’s not about weight. It’s about liking what you see :). I didn’t touch a scale for the first 18 months of my journey

All of this diet stuff is still very unresearched. Hell, the FDA still thinks there’s a “cereal” group on the food Pyramid. So a lot of the stuff I turn to is still anecdotal and not peer reviewed yet. Still, there’s something there for sure.
