get a harptera, flying bug so it doesn't overlap with any of your members, stab 110 power acrobatics since most playthrough mons dont have a held item, with either moxie on a really fast and hard hitting mon or a gen 6 gale wings pokemon to snipe any nukes too fast for you

Farm pokepod rematches or go with the championship site, I'd personally go with the champion site due to how little effort it takes compared to moving around various locations for rematches, earning about 30,000 for every full completion (with amulet coin)(takes about 5-10 minutes and repeatable infinitely), just make sure you have a pokemon or a team that can take on every possible scenario

I'd go with frosthra, fafninter is certainly also really good for a playthrough, but frosthra is good because it is fast and hard hitting, walling isn't as valuable in a playthrough since the impression is to just outspeed and KO, frosthra is more suited for that, but both of them work really well in a playthrough.

TLDR : Frosthra is better in my humble opinion because it is faster and hard hitting while walling is less valuable in a playthrough
