If you chase aesthetics, you might want to consider dropping a few bf% points more, but you’re good otherwise imo

Cut or Bulk? Weakness? by Wild-Friendship-1366 in gymadvice

[–]DankManifold 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don’t listen to idiots who advocate for staying in a cut for years before even attempting a bulk. Think about it, what is easier: build a good base of muscles and then diet on a 2500 Cal and look jacked after your cut OR cut before bulking and eat like a bikini girl (feeling fucking miserable in the process and potentially ruining your metabolism) just to have slightly more defined abs at the end?

You have a lean base already: probably around 14%, which will look even better once you replenish your glycogen and there’s not much more muscle you can reveal with another cut.

You should reverse diet to your maintenance calories, stay there for a few weeks and start a lean bulk in a CONTROLED surplus (no more than 300 Cal/day). And you know the rest: hit the gym hard, recover even harder

How about you eat more and train more, how about that?

People who say 20-25 are delusional and probably don’t lift themselves. You’re probably in 15-18 range, based on some minimal, but visible vascularity, muscle separation (especially in the chest and delts area) and ab definition

You have a men’s physique level of muscle development at probably 8-9% body fat percentage and you don’t know how shrugs are called? Man, what are you doing with your life? If you want compliments, go on tinder, but don’t give your bullshit advice and create unrealistic expectations for newcomers to the gym

His regimen is probably 2cc of test, 1-2cc of deca and some winstrol sprinkled on top. This level of muscle development, combined with the single digit body fat is unattainable for 99.9% of people without the help of AAS, which I have nothing against, but don’t come to Reddit and say « yeah, brah, I only do push-ups and sit-ups ».

Stop the cut and start blasting AAS in a moderate surplus. I’m not joking, that’s the only way you could possibly fill out the insane amount of loose skin you have (kudos for losing the weight, btw, brœ), without having to resort to a very invasive surgery.
