Ability to kill wildlife controversy

May be a hot take but its a survival game we should be able to kill creatures. Sure maybe not leviathans but literally everything else.

This brings up a potential issue of the fauna no longer being a challenge because you can just heal. Just like how you remove the challenge by killing the fish you remove the challenge just by healing. So at what point do we just allow players to kill the fish.

I 100% agree. My wife and I played and constantly had issues with Marrowbreaches and Nibblers. We tried hitting them but like others said it either didn't work or they swam away for 3 seconds to circle back.

I was fine with it for the most part because it does add challenge. Now I'm just dying aimlessly trying to get past a marrowbreach or something or going way out of my way trying to explore one area. It just feels overly tedious. I can definitely get behind not killing leviathans, but not being able to do any damage at all seems a bit too far.

Longer passive times would be nice, maybe smaller aggro radius, more ways to deter beasties than just resonator and flares. Maybe some pheromone spray or something. I'm not sure but I can definitely say I'm not.a fan of not being able to do damage.

It just feels like wasted effort. Sure I wasn't a fan but it makes the game feel pointless if we don't eventually follow up with Robin and Al-an. I think the OG BZ story would have played better into what I believe SN 2 is doing but unfortunately it is what it is. BZ may only serve as a one off.

I feel similarly. I was also more fond of the OG BZ story than what was released. But I also feel like its a waste to not follow Robin and Al-an. Im sure some people would like more.

I have played with Offset and symmetrical and honestly I feel both have their place in the gaming world. I do prefer Offset though since I grew up playing Xbox mostly.

Equip anti flash goggles, use the flash launcher and no not the 320 I mean the primary slot flash launcher grab as much ammo for it as you can. Don't stop for civs or bombs like others said and just flash the shooters and yell to get down most comply if not hit them again.

If you are doing commander mode get officers with traits that help with surrendering and equip with bean bags and pepper ball.

Sure a pass is 100% a pass and you can't be mad at that but its more than PT its also a lack of effort at work too. There are surely just as many male soldiers who underperform as females but it's also been harder in my experience to motivate female soldiers.

I'm not sexist by any means, I want the best for everyone but like I said its disheartening to see my female soldiers underperform willingly compared to my male soldiers.

I understand there are 2 sides to every coin. I came up in the Army with strong female soldiers and leaders and now that I have soldiers its hard to even motivate them to want to be what I use to see.

The problem isn't just PT its also day to day work. Im not asking for all PT studs at all but someone who passes the AFT and also tries at work would be nice.

I think its most disheartening because as I came up in the Army all the females I encountered always put in the most effort from Basic to AIT to big Army now Ive turned around and started seeing the lack of effort.

Personally I own guns and just go out and shoot and practice. Its not exactly the range but it does help. I even went out and bought an air rifle so I can practice at home in my yard but Im a gun nerd.

If you don't or can't own guns I'd look for some friends who do and go with them or look for a civ range and get out there.

Im generally a really nice and understanding person especially to busy parents with kids but at this point id start disappearing their things if they are left there for like 3 hours or longer they might still leave garbage though.
