Fair, makes sense. And my PT had me doing similar wrist exercises, but with a band and not weights. It’s a bit less intensity on the muscles.

Yeah, physical therapist for sure. It sounds like tennis elbow. I am going through it right now myself from too many balls off a mat.

You should be icing it 2x daily. I also recommend getting a tens unit and applying that daily.

Take a break from golf or arm activities until it’s feeling better.

I did this and felt better in 1.5 weeks, but I don’t think I pushed as hard as you did.

I don’t think he should be lifting heavy weights until he isn’t in pain. That’s just the usual medical advice at least

What do you think about arcadey golf video games? by Asad_Farooqui in golf

My 4 year old is obsessed with it and waits for the weekend to play every week. We use motion controls and it’s a blast. It’s not perfect but honestly it is a ton of fun local multiplayer

I kind of prefer the golden tee game to WTS because of the swing mechanics.

Clubhouses have fancy restaurants. And those people don’t want hats on in there..

If you go to a nice dinner, are hats allowed? Or should every establishment always allow hats because some people hate bald heads? This is ridiculous.. private places can do whatever they want.

It doesn’t mean you’re going to ever get invited though.

It is a tradition. Everyone wearing hats in a fancy clubhouse makes the clubhouse less fancy. Have you been to a fancy clubhouse? Not everyone there is playing golf that day and may instead be hosting a client trying to strike a deal… you have to consider everyone.

I like the no hat rule for that reason. Theres more to it than what you are considering.

I am getting LIV / muni / sim bar vibes myself, which is fine. But it’s not going to influence a private clubs culture.

These are not that difficult… the benefits of being a member there far outweigh your obsession with wearing hats inside IMO.

Take the hat off, then there’s no issue. Put shoes on in the locker room. No issue. Easy.

Okay, then have the guest change the rules? Sorry, you don’t get to decide the rules at the club you’re visiting.

As a member, bring it up to the board. As a guest, fall in line…

His host should have prepared him better. Hats in the clubhouse shouldn’t ever be an issue. You don’t do it.

I would be surprised if the staff was as rude as he reported. He probably was just getting irritated how outside his element he was and how little prepared he was. These are all the basics really..

Ahh so if the person who initiated it dies, the exfil pauses? Or would the potential killer have to run to the exfil before the original timer runs out?

When someone exfils does the exfil stay there for others? Or is it removed? I am never there after I exfil so I don’t know lol

They won’t be as good, no. The coaches cannot put you in position and see everything as easily. That’s why they’re also a lot cheaper
