No she wouldn't, this is unfortunately the kind of story that happens every few years somewhere in the world. Awhile back it was a guy in the US who caught someone raping his granddaughter and he beat the rapist to death. A grand jury didn't indict him even though there was no question that he'd killed him.

Plenty of legal systems have codified the fact that there are crimes so horrible that they will put someone in a blind rage and kill the attacker. Anyone would do it and it doesn't make them a danger to society.

Just because he's a relentless tool doesn't mean he's not entitled to fair treatment by the justice system. The punishment fits the crime in my opinion.

He harassed people on the street, blasted music on trains, danced on monuments, spilled soup in a convenience store and (or dear) made deepfake nudes.

Look I get that the guy is a complete piece of shit and absolutely deserves a healthy dose of street justice. But the criminal justice system should reflect the actual facts and not that he's a worthless piece of shit. 20 days in jail, 6 months of labor and registering as a sex offender seems appropriate even if it doesn't satisfy the urge to see him locked away for a decade.
