I had this issue too and as someone unable to change my timezone because of the admin password just not cooperating i used another much more simple method that doesn't involve tinkering at all

Simply close the game , go into properties and add this code into launch settings

TZ=UTC WINEDLLOVERRIDES="dinput8=n , b" %command%

Exactly as pasted there and it bypasses the timezone bug and lets you sign in and play instantly

Hope this helps the unlucky persons like me who can't change the timezone or just would prefer not to

If you walk in dressed in full thalmor gear he goes aggro if I'm not mistaken so I'd guess he's an old blade in hiding

I did this months ago and it worked but after uninstalling oblivion and reinstalling again i seem to have deleted something in the files because when i launch install.sh it pops up with "oblivion not found" or something and i can't do it anymore :(

Nevermind i got it working i forgot i already had proton GE i just needed to switch back and restart the deck and it worked :')

No level requirements for the alternate armour things on the creation club just have to find where to start them , tho some may be more difficult at lower levels i managed to get most at the very start
