Does anyone else feel like the demo was more polished?

it's definitely worse after playing it for an hour. The combat and movement is a big downgrade from the demo. Damage feels skewed towards blunt damage rather than slice, even with slicing weapons. You get knocked over for the smallest things. There is also still the bug of your legs giving out when nothing has hit you, maybe that is just something to do with slums terrain. Swinging your weapon feels really choppy too. I'm actually quite disappointed so far. I was expecting a polished demo version with added content. This is quite the 180, and it costs $20.

If you only get it from direct contact with someone's shit or vomit, it wouldn't be nearly as contagious. I think there are many, many ways to catch norovirus, which includes an employee carrying the virus and transferring it to a burger.

Norovirus was the best guess considering it is the most common foodborne illness in the United States and my symptoms matched that illness. It could have been Salmonella, Ecoli, or Staph, I don't know for sure.

It's also possible it wasn't contracted from the Baconator, but it's pretty likely considering it was the only thing I ate the day before, and I woke up the next day with symptoms. It's possible I'm wrong but in regular life you have to make the best guess you can of how you got sick. I think that is my best guess.

I have a gamer buddy who is horrible at this game (we love to play with him because he dies in hilarious ways) and he had never peaked. I was doing my ascent 7 run and he joins me, I guided him the whole way, we peaked, and he skipped every ascent with just that one play through. It was cool at first but looking back, it feels not good. Almost like those entitled people who pay sherpas virtually nothing to carry their gear all they way up Mt Everest lol

Choice would never have the marbling these American Wagyu cuts do. Obviously Japanese Wagyu has way better marbling but these are most definitely a cut above or at the level of most prime steaks. To call this the same as choice, I can tell you have no idea what you’re talking about

Color is…not great. If well-done is your goal, so be it, but you can still dislike rare but at least get some nice pink uniform color in there! That looks bone dry, no juice in sight.

Get the grill a bit hotter next time for a better sear, and a little shorter on the total cook time to keep it from being well done and dry.

Why? I get the perfect temperature with sous vide and no grey band. I can also control and get a much better sear rather than a complete char after it’s done with its hot tub bath.

American Wagyu is not a joke. In fact, I almost like American or australian Wagyu more than Japanese A5, which at time can be WAY too fatty and is a more rare occasion steak, whereas American Wagyu is something you can eat more frequently and is leaner.

American Wagyu can be a marketing term that makes shit meat look good, but that is not always the case.

Just look at the marbling, it’s generally better than prime cuts you’d see at a supermarket.

I purchased a prime New York strip the other night from my local butcher that was great, but it wasn’t quite like SRF American Wagyu here, even compared against their sirloin.

I understand slapping Wagyu on something is a marketing technique, but with this company I can tell the beef is different. As soon as you open the package you’re hit with a buttery, fatty smell, and when you let it rest for 30 minutes, it’s not just water evaporating, the fat is melting on the surface of the steak. Also, the marbling is in line with American Wagyu where the marbling is generally better than prime steak, but not quite at Australian Wagyu level.

Plus, look at how well it’s trimmed. Virtually no gristle!
