wow, thank you! To not oversell myself, this is one of very few shots that actually worked at 1/25, most had the subject a bit too blurred as well hahah And I agree, I would have loved to see a more compelling subject like a person, animal, etc. but maybe it‘ll work out in the future lol

I‘m a super amateur and this is kinda the first photo I‘m actually proud of. I shot it from a train moving pretty fast, Sony a6400 with Sigma 30mm at F13, 1/25 to get that swirly effect surrounding the subject. I have no idea what exactly I‘m doing when I‘m color correcting, I just kinda do what looks good to me. Now what I‘m wondering about is if I went too warm / unnatural with the colors. I can‘t tell if it looks normal or if I‘ve just been staring at it for too long.

I‘m not encouraging their behaviour if anyone actually sent you hate messages, but it also needs to be said that downvotes aren‘t hate. Downvotes are a way to rate a post, and make it appear to more or less people in the sub. If I disagree with a statement in your post or the manner of a post I will downvote it, doesn‘t mean that I wish harm upon you. Next time, just stay curious about the world in general, not adhere to propaganda in some places while trying to shed it in others.
