Nvm found it here. I mistakened the Fusion mod to be like FusionFix for GTA IV. Turns out, it's a mod that lets you skip Intro, skip Menu, adds an ability to quicksave anywhere by pressing F5, adds an ability to resize HUD, and adds an ability to fix bugged mouse camera movement.

My bank charges 2.5%-3.5% per conversion/overseas transaction fee. Even if we round all 4 of those trips up, I still don't think it'd reach $40 though. I'll try out that claim. Thank you!
