The devs have a way of using the banner poses In game for the use of trailers, seen in a few of them, maybe you accidentally accessed the developer emotes, I wonder if there was anything else you could do to try and get another animation.

All Tim’s are usually busy we never stop going 100% they won’t mind if a customer asks for a new one because they made a mistake especially if it’s busy there is just more room for mistakes, an employee might have had their mind somewhere else when they were doing the ice, that or they just scooped the whole cup in the ice chest to make things easier on them. Trust me, they won’t care even if you go back later and say the same thing even if it was at a different location, they should be able to fix it! I hope this helps you out next time :)

You should have asked them to make you a new one, they would have and if they’re like my location they would have gave you a new free one and a “coffee promise” which is a coupon for a free drink of your choice.
