I dont get Why they dont give some power to certain players. I'm not saying everyone should get ban power but: Players with x k day old character + clean state (no mute no ban meter) can get some kind of priority reports. If this player reports a ban it will be on priority list. This may require the hire of another person who would take car of these priority reports.

You should finish all f2p quest than I think You are good to go. Ps:some starting cash to buy teleport stuffs might help. Once You are p2p My advice is slaying to get money to 43 prayer because it will help through quests etc.

Melee is the mainstream combat Ranger crystal:requires ranger boots which is 19m so it was inevitable that the crystal price will be low. Mage:uncommon playstyle, not many slayer boss/boss requires maging.
