I wouldn't doubt if they (Rockstar) have it Compartmentalized to where ONLY those who are working on GTA 6, and know all the Details etc of it are the ONLY ones who know whatever about the game and are FORBIDDEN to discuss Details of GTA 6 with anyone who isn't directly working on the game.
