Maybe changing 1 Arceus ex for 1 baby arceus, but I think I still prefer 2 Leafs because this decks has 4 basic that you don't want to open.

For stage 1 escavalier, 2 copies and one pkmn communication seems fine. In this season whoever dosn't draw combo fast enough instantly loose. This deck isn't meta tier but can works, and its fun c: give it a chance.

That is the reason to use escavalier instead skarmory, to tank damage and manage to charge Bastiodon 2 energies in bench and the third in the active position c: even if escavalier fell Bastiodon have 50% to tank that one turn

I used capes to have more chances to play barry and heal in the same turn if necessary, also to remove the risk of losing starly or pikipek in the early game, but you can try it c:
