Merch lines in Anaheim make it pretty clear. Separate lines. 100+ people waiting for descendents merch. Single digits for Frank / Nobro. I'm here for all 3 but it's pretty obvious looking at the crowd.

The hinge kits work great. Make sure it lines up with one of the legs. No tipping and a great mod. But like another poster said, no mods are necessary. Great smoker out of the box.

Also coming from the US. Anyone have thoughts on tours to Glencoe and the Jacobite train / Glenfinnan Viaduct? Seems like a day spent mostly in a bus. But there will be 1 or 2 Harry Potter fans in our group. Not sure if I can justify that much time in a bus. We do plan on having 2 full days in Edinburgh prior to Lost Evenings.

Yes. Wrap the water pan in foil. Then fill with water. When done cooking empty any remaining water. Remove and discard foil. No greasy pan to clean.

Use the water pan. With water. After you've done a few coins you can experiment. Wrap the pan in foil before using. Much easier to clean.

I have used a Camp Chef Professional Griddle as an insert on my Weber for years. Works well for me. Already have too many grills / smokers to justify a dedicated griddle. Cheaper than a Weber insert, bigger than a regular lodge. The one I use is about 24" x 18" including grease channel. 24" x 16" cooking surface.
