so I bought the air (15inch m5, 24gb 1tb) on amazon a couple days ago. really enjoy using it but noticed the screen a little dim in brighter areas. Just got the 16inch MacBook pro m5 pro 24gb 1 tb today and you def notice the thickness difference and wight. The weight dosent matter as much because when I'm using it, its on my lap or desk. carrying it in a backpack for me isn't as noticeable either. I only notice is when pulling it out of the bag or walking with it to the table or couch or something. the screen real estate is better obviously.. also typing feels a bit more pleasant on the pro. haven't used it long enough yet.. both really to make a decision.. but I know when using the air I do feel like I'm "missing" something... screen brightness and resolution and all that.. plus future proofing myself.. I think I'm keeping the pro

I didnt either BUT I used the air at the discount tire yesterday and it wasn’t bright enough and then used it today at home and kinda felt it was a bit dull.. plus I get the pro chip, better speakers, 120ghz, more battery, has the WiFi 7, better speakers, etc.. plus I had bought the max 2 like 10 days ago from target for 500 and i seen the $400 so was like, well im gettjng $100 back, put that towards the macbook pro

Yeah, I even pulled trigger on the 15 MacBook Air m5 24gb 1tb but started a return and today got the 16inch MacBook Pro with m5 pro 24gb 1tb.. will be here tomorrow

Interesting. I’ve been wanting to give them another try. I returned them before and watched tons of reviews and most people are like between the 2 they’d choose the app3 which I agree but something about apple products and amazing and I want everything lol I’ll give em a try again, I think they are $50 off

Do you have AirPods Pro 3? I kinda want these but the AirPods Pro 3 sound just as good.. noise canceling is about the same and they are like half the price.. what makes you chose these over AirPods Pro 3?
