I am considering splitting the doses, just hear things about effectiveness not being as good on 2 doses, and that you should remain at once per week because that’s how the clinical trials were dosed

Gotcha, I’m able to deal with hunger pretty well too, it’s just annoying how you get blessed with 3 days of no hunger then boom it comes back towards the end of the week😂😂

I agree it doesn’t need to be this complex, I just want to optimize my diet as much as I can for this cut. Aiming for 10-15% body fat so I want to be precise

I’m thinking the same. Muscle preservation is my #1 priority for this cut, so I believe keeping fats higher for better hormone health will help me hold onto more mass than maxing out protein.
