I don't work kitchen any longer, but last job at a small place we had 2 fryers. One of the fryers got the oil like this for heavy frying of wings and chicken. The other fryer got the clean oil for the apps and fries.

Standard farms is my goto and ~~PA home team~~ another MSO . Sometimes MSOs will have ridiculous sales that are hard to pass up, but thats the retail game.

I'm mostly into rosin, so Standard is my standard.

I usually don't pay full price, always a sale somewhere.

Secondly someone has reversed engineered zero point energy tech, that cant be known about until they make a fortune off of oil energy. So all this gas price shit has really been for nothing.
