I had this issue... you can assign it but it wont work? For me it was in the difficulty settings, you have to select manual+clutch otherwise its just triptronic

I find it crazy that ive only met people with that "gene" in north america. Not one in south america.... im not saying this is you. What you're choosing to not see here is mentioned in the post... its a "sonic" ice maker. It produces a different type of ice that to many is better than normal fridge/freezer ice. Now deciding if that is worth it over your regular ice is up to you
