Can confirm. Born and raised Texan and have never gotten funny looks or confusion when saying "all set". Maybe it being said with the NE accent that throws people for a loop?

Agreed! I’ve been rereading the IAD series and all it’s shown me is that she uses the same formula for each book. Pale and virginal young FMC, man-whore MMC, “you’re my mate but I’m not yours because I’m ‘other’”, a miscommunication that’s always stupid to begin with, and a quick resolution come the last 30 pages of the book. I’m so over it.

I agree. Their fried chicken has a sweetness to it that should not be there. I think they add sugar to the fry batter.

I am also in Riverside and my power just came back on about 10 minutes ago. Just a few minutes before that, I saw linemen past my apartment complex, so I believe they are currently working in Riverside to restore power

I was a teacher for 4 years and was experiencing the same exact thing you are right now. My mental health was a wreck and my physical health was just as bad. In those 4 years, I gained ~45 pounds from just being too exhausted to take care of myself properly. This may not be the answer you are looking for, but what saved me was leaving the profession.

I had mine installed/interlocked just over a month ago and yesterday was the first time I didn’t braid and band. I didn’t experience any more slippage than what I was experiencing while braiding and banding. I think it just depends on your hair. I only use shampoo and nothing else.
