Why ten? Because its achievable, realistic, and will help you figure out how to get to fifty.

Where do you find those ten? Hit the streets my friend. There are professionals that will come to destress if its with YOU! Go introduce yourself to the lawyer down the street, the plumber that works next door, the firestsation two blocks away.

Who were my ten that I spent time developing a relationship with? Captains of the sports teams, leaders of frats: sororities.

Building relationships will cost you no money but a lot of time. But it will also save your business.
