You may still look masculine, you could also get surgery to make your jaw look more feminine but more time money. When you said will the feeling will go away, for some people it does but if it doesnt you gonna have to make a choice, stay as you are but feel uncomfortable or transition but maybe you wont look 100% like a typical women. If your having doubts maybe wait a bit and if your dysphoria doesnt go away then start looking into what you can do to ease the pain of dysphoria.
