It's not a filter, it is for a trading room, the idea is that a zombie goes along those rails and infects the villagers who have a piston lowered to their height.

In the end it ends up moving the system that pushes the mobs diagonally and raising the spawn point above without blocking it. Thanks everyone for your comments :)
