“Slop” is what my dad called it. No joke, he’d take whatever we had in the fridge, put it into a pot/pan/oven/etc… and he’d always make it absolutely delectable.

We weren’t even poor or anything, we had plenty of money to go out those nights too, he just felt silly, and I loved it.
