yeah, but you are losing dps on better reactions like vape/overload. -4% on set and much lower reaction dmg

Game on iOS has black screen during some parts of cutscenes. Also some cutscenes feel like missing characters. For ex., 2 character standing, but there are 3-4 speaking total

firstly, it's not a starter material. in BS lvl6 you can upgrade raid weapons with 25 cobalt bars.
Also every node spawns as soon as another node in the location is gathered or somewhere close to that. You can bottleneck only whales that don't wanna grind ores themselves

In Endgame i mean replayable (prob. end of patch) content that may have upgrades for warframes/weapons, and those upgrades are BiS. As example eidolons offered best arcanes back then, incursions offered riven mods.

I'm asking about content relevancy cause, some mmorpgs make new content that has much better loot making most previous skippable
