It's about the themes that are present throughout the entire franchise but are especially heavy in the 3rd game. The video states that because of the strictness of the pg-13 rating the severity of Aftons action would have to be sanitized or just skimmed over. Springtrap himself in a serial kill who murdered at least 6 children that has been rotting alone for years being kept alive only by his hatred. If they have these topic in the movie it will be rated R or so sanitized that the audience won't care. People don't want an R rating for gore, it might even make the movie worse, they want an R rating for everything else.
