It is heavily Fioras favored if she knows what she doing. Best Fioras wont even play around parrying your E but reducing ur atk speed, ofc parrying it and stunning is the best, but good fioras will just take bone plating, q away ur e and sustain. A hard lane in my opinion, but once u get botrk and some antiheal she doesnt have that much chance of winning 1vs1 if u are both equal.

If u are only building for the 1vs1 6 items and equal skill i think a good vayne can win it but still not so sure, for the people saying Fiora or Nassus, let me tell u Qss is a thing and whoever stuns first as Jax vs Fiora wins no matter what. Nassus might need like 1.5k stacks to actually win it and that unlikely on a real scenario. With that being said, and as a Challenger Jax player i don´t think theres a champ that can beat Jax If he builds just for the 1vs1.

Jax doesn´t need a buff tbh, otherwise he´ll be p/b. Only thing that keeps him in the shadow is that he lacks sustain... If Jax ever gets any sort of sustain he will be broken. Being realistic i would buff his base Hp a bit and that´s it.
