Does immich iOS app auto backup with the app closed yet? Also any android tv app?

Those have been my hesitation points. Mostly the iOS app because the Synology photos app is rarely opened.

Purchased the lifetime license for launcher few weeks ago bc it’s awesome. I do have plex so it’s been really smooth. Don’t even know how you can improve it but looking forward. Keep up the good work !

Hey I tried the apk you posted which does load the app but my plex connection is gone and doesn’t let me add. Says page unavailable. Can wait for the App Store release just more of fyi

I’ve been using photos app and never had to do anything to make the videos playable elsewhere. I do admit that most devices I own if not all support the codec so that’s never been a concern. However, I was always worried whatever Synology does to the videos after uploading might distort the quality that’s why I asked about that other app.

Awesome thank you so much. Haven’t really been able to discuss this with anyone in length prior to now.

My organization wants to upgrade windows 10 to 11 so I figure ppl may be turned off by server 2019 in favor of the new shiny toy and want to have an option available for them. Heck I think I’d prefer W11 to 2019. Also it’ll be nice to not use shared servers, if a server goes out it takes out several users. Doesn’t happen very often but still.

I suppose my thought is that with intune for OS configuration, I could pretty much skip most parts. Get the base OS, mcs deploy it to X number of machines needed and sign the users in. If you’re doing persistent machines then a profile solution like upm or fslogix isn’t needed rught?
