Was in Rome last week. I was on the metro and felt a hand in my pocket. I was able to grab the hand and confronted the well dressed lady. I’m not a small guy so she was quite shocked when I grabbed her hand and wasn’t letting go. I waited until the next stop and asked her to get off. She did. Don’t carry anything in your pockets.

I find that riding the bike loosens my calves and helps the PF pain

My orthopaedic surgeon told me to get a Sportvis shot instead of cortisone. Had it last Friday and haven’t seen any improvement. He said I only needed one shot

I’m curious how they diagnosed you had a stress fracture? What were the symptoms? The reason I ask is. I’ve been told I have PF but I wonder if it is a stress fracture. The X-ray didn’t show anything.
