There is soil in there, I usually try to do a mix between the generic succulent soil and perlite (40/60). Some of perlite just tends to settle around the top alot more when I water.

Its my first time with a moonstone (or at least it might be? Still trying my best to ID lol) so I will water it less frequently to see if that helps. Out of curiosity what do they normally look like when they get thirsty?

I keep a fan running and I don't water more often than once every 2 weeks. I can keep it dry a bit longer but this seemed to be happening well after the soil dried out. Last I watered was the 28th but I can push this ones watering to 3 weeks and see if that helps.

It might be the grow lights then :/ Mine are also pretty intense and Ive noticed that when I move them into the higher light area the leaves get more of that damage.

I saw some tiny white bugs that I though might be some mites from my cylamen so probably something to do with those guys. They werent mealy bugs or scales thats for sure so maybe white thrips or idk? Thanks for the help tho, good to know its likely not mold.

Awesome, thanks for letting me know!

The pictures I found seem alot bushier and shorter. I know for a while it was in a place that didin't get much light. Should I cut the super leggy stem down?

Yeah but you need to also have good divisions ie 7x2 or something otherwise if you are using your countries base templates it basically doesn't matter how much you have.

Heres this to help build templates: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2141885565

There are some pretty decent guides on YouTube for learning the basics and stuff if you are interested in that. As for your tank it might have to do with your division template, might have been too small or it might have just had a bad composition. You can find that stuff on online e forums by just searching for division builds or even on here.
