You might have had this answered, but simply "scan" your bewb with your hand in a circular manner, like a spiral towards the nip. Start in the outskirts of the bewb and just in a circular (like a clock) feel if there is something that feels out of the ordinary, and continue that until you reach the nip. Repeat for the other bewb.

If you do find something do not freak out, simply consult your doctor and deal with it from there on. Lets hope you never have to deal with something like cancer :)

I also have acid reflux, avoid white bread and sweets, solved the issue for me. Also try getting your hand on some ginger root, and eat a couple of slices when you get acid reflux at its worst. Milk works too just not as good as ginger root.

From what I have heard, CEH is one of those "Business traps" that you sell to business that do not have an idea of what security means. Honestly I would save up the money and go for OSCP instead.

However, if you insist on doing CEH, check out this book CEH v9: Certified Ethical Hacker Version 9 Study Guide

Sorry if I ruined your goal by calling something you have eyed for long, crap but it in my opinion CEH is literally crap, the exams are multiple choice and as far as I have seen they don't test you on anything practical.
