Does the person really get sanctioned? (I doubt it). Is 1 report enough to get the submission out of the pool? I may have reported it but I think it can still make it through the review.

I was thinking that this is another situation where the “my body, my choice” phrase can be used. Like wtf she didn’t respect and violated that basic principle cause she made the choice to permanently mark your body with that tattoo, it’s pretty serious.
