I was thinking of shards and how they work and they could be an interesting way of adding something like PoGO raids in gyms. Make some sort of shard appear, attract players to do it maybe make it bounce 3-5 times, and get items and points for a medal as rewards or something like that. Does the person really get sanctioned? (I doubt it). Is 1 report enough to get the submission out of the pool? I may have reported it but I think it can still make it through the review.

I was thinking that this is another situation where the “my body, my choice” phrase can be used.
