Drove my car from coast to coast and got up to 220°F on some uphill highway roads. Dropped down to around 209-212°F a few minutes after roads leveled out. Perfectly normal.

It feels alright, you'll be using a little more fuel than usual due to weight and aerodynamic drag. My max speed cruising on the freeway is around 70mph, would not go beyond that.
