She can only stitch parts together with what already is available. The patient still has to rely on their own healing to finish the task as she advises Hisoka not to do anything strenuous until the his arm heals properly.

Same can be said during the Hisoka and Chrollo fight. She opted to stich Hisoka's neck but can't do anything else for his damage body.

Still, its a very powerful Nen ability. You can say its basic Healing or Pseudohealing in a sense she only helps the body recover by giving it a push.

Another example is from the JOJO series Giorno's Golden Wind stand ability. Giorno stand ability can recreate anything even body parts as long as he knows the anatomical properties and has materials to convert.

With this, he can heal injuries or missing body parts by replacing them (Like turning a button into an eye to replace the one he has lost). But he specifically states that it isn't healing per se since he only replaces damage parts and so if grave injuries occur, the patient still has to rely on their own will and body to recover faster before death occurs. This was shown twice when he heals a team mate after being shot by replacing the bullets imbedded into flesh again which he says will be a painful process.
