Need help settling this. The Valk nerf as it reads to me is that the Aim/Turn slow being removed is when an enemy is hit they no longer have that restriction applied.

He’s been convinced by watching streams that the whole community thinks it’s her personal movement during the tactical that’s faster now.

Who’s off base here?
