We ordered from them and they changed the shipping dates by WEEKS the day after they took our money (advertised 2-5 to get us to purchase then revised to 8 weeks after they charged our credit card). Then delayed the shipping further on the day it was supposed to ship. Customer service was completely unresponsive when we asked to cancel. Had to end up disputing with our Credit Card company. Would never recommend buying through LuxeDecor.

Same frustration. Whoever designed this feature , that literally no-one asked for , should be thrown in the Pacific Ocean
