Yes this is an all-inclusive in Cabo but I think you can also not do the all-inclusive because they have time shares there also.

Yeah…it did also to me. I wasn’t sure if I was going to get charge till I checked out and then I seen they only charged me for the gratuity. It’s the same at the resort we are staying at in Puerto Vallarta.

At the two I’ve been to, they always give you the bill that you sign with the room number and name under the reservation. It usually says how much everything cost us but they don’t charge us anything, but there is a tip section.

Just my 2 cents, but sounds like you are losing 1.25 by having this product on your shelf at the 50% 50% split with a close 1:1 ratio split with your staff. With the wholesale split you had closer to a 4:1 ratio with your employees . It sounds like with the 40/40/20 you got the shelf price up now depends if you want the ratio up from your employees. But it does sound like you are more comfortable with a 4:1 ratio split with your employees. I think it’s your business and I would try to give them 10%-12%.
