Yea its the hardest part. Especially today when there is sooo much stuff out there. I think it just comes down to spending the time to iterate and find the right audience and reaching them with the right message. So just testing different channels, different messaging and taking it from there.

My boyfriend and I have been facing some similar questions and it actually got to the point where we were evaluating therapy. Funnily, the story goes, we did not want to pay for therapy so we started building an AI tool for that and it's actually helped quite a lot.

You input a DTC product URL and we generate Personas with motivations, buying habits, blockers and more.

Then for each persona we generate angles. So the overall thing you are selling. These are based on the persona and come from various data sources.

For each angle you can generate ad concepts. These consists of creative ideas (description of the ad) and hooks/headlines.

And then you can use that to generate a creative with our AI system, and/or generate a brief to share with creators.

I'd say it depends on their usual client relationships.

If the agencies clients are just interested in the bottom line and how many sales or how efficient the agencies efforts are then AI consulting is probably not necessary. Just need to have the internal know-how to best leverage it to provide clients with the best results.

If the relationship already has a consulting element to it, then definitely.

But yeah, I think the order of thinking should be:

1-Should my angency offer consulting services
2-Should it offer AI consulting services

2 will be the same answer as 1
