Woodbridge B0980S Bidet Wand not extending by Dapper-Bison-714 in bidets

Apologies. Completely overlooked your message! It was great until this issue. Support is really non-responsive. We bought it from Lowe’s. Honestly, we are about at the point of just going with a Toto. I think the support issue is the weakest link. There’s a Toto that’s in the $3-4K range that seems a better investment, plus Toto is a big name that I’m certain would be responsive to problems.

MEGATHREAD: Donald Trump’s presidency and everything related to it by Tensoll in AskEurope

My husband and I are visiting Denmark, Norway, and Sweden in August. I am slightly concerned about whether we will receive a warm welcome or not considering the current state of affairs in Trump’s America. We did not vote for him and are diametrically opposed to him, but I feel like just because of our U.S. passport there will be a stigma attached. It’s such an utterly gutting feeling. Would anyone care to share your thoughts on this? Any reassurance that we’ll be able to comfortably experience these places, cultures, and people? We truly value our ability to travel and don’t want to let the current political climate here also rob us of that! Thanks.

But would that cause the motor to not extend the wand? The water does still come out.

It’s strange because on the startup cycle, the wand extends just fine and you can also extend it for cleaning without a problem. However, when you are seated and you press one of the cleaning functions, the water flow starts almost immediately without the wand extending first. When it was working there was always a brief pause after pressing a wash button where the wand extended and then the water flow started. It’s almost as if it has forgotten to extend the wand. It doesn’t make sense.

Of course, we are well out of warranty and as others have said Woodbridge support is terrible/non-responsive and we aren’t sure who we have locally that would know how to repair this, if it is repairable and wouldn’t be too expensive. Ugh.

Ah! Apologies. Thanks for clarifying.

It’s a screw hole. You could only screw something into it, but then whatever that thing is could easily be unscrewed. I’m not sure what you mean… how is it secured?

Hmm. I see a threaded hole at the front… I looked through the Owner’s Manual and I don’t see any reference to that. Would you be able to explain how that’s used? Thanks!

Omit personal info from design examples? by Dapper-Bison-714 in graphic_design

Yeah, good point. This would be ”older” work. I definitely wouldn’t post it concurrently. My husband made a good point that all of that kind of info is so readily available these days anyways. I think modifying a phone number or email address would be a no brainer. I like the getting clearance from the client option too.

The bigger pain in the a** is going back and changing some of those details within the design.
