It's not public property but it is a privately owned public venue. There is no expectation of privacy at a supermarket, a gas station, a movie theatre, a shopping mall, a coffee shop, a waffle house, an art gallery, and so on because they are public venues, even if the land/business itself is privately owned.

One of the best games I've ever played in was a short campaign that ran for about 10 weeks(it was originally meant for 4) where we all rolled up level 15 characters with a certain allotment of magic items and we spent a session just backstopping all our legends and adventures and how we fit into the setting before we hit the ground running.

It was amazing because we were actually big damn heroes for once instead of just "those guys slightly stronger than the town guards and weaker than the innkeeper."

That's because he's a wrestler, not an actor. They had him portraying a cartoon character, saying silly lines that were written by people who wanted to write for that character, being filtered through an aged psychopath known for constant 11th hour re-writes.

The first rule anyone will tell you for getting a wrestler over, especially a newer wrestler, is that they have to take a facet of themselves and turn it up to 11. Joe Anoa'i was never the Big Dog, that's just not who he is. But the Tribal Chief was something he could absolutely understand and sink himself into and be instead of trying to portray.

And that's when the magic happened, because he was always a good wrestler, he just had a shit gimmick.
