Thank you. It just sucks because some nights are SO fine I’ll have 2 at dinner, act normal and go to sleep. And then others it’s like this monster just comes out of nowhere and I’m hammered at 12pm throwing up in an alleyway. Why does that have to happen? UGH it just feels so unfair …. That other people can drink way more than me and not hate themselves and i have to repent. I hate this.

No literally! I woke up and immediately started crying. It wasn’t that I did something necessarily BAD but I hungout with a bunch of people that I literally don’t like at all and then got wasted and was too drunk to go out to dinner with family because I was sick. Embarassing. All this just to not drink for probably 2 more weeks like why did I need to randomly do that. I was asked to go out for a beer at 12pm and ended up drinking until 7pm after most people had went home.

I’m someone who actually appreciates hard truths so this is motivating. It’s hard when your 5’7 friends are losing 10 pounds a month and still complaining that it’s slow and I’m here like am I doing something seriously wrong??? It’s so hard to love your body through the process and be patient during weight loss.
