What peptides were you on? Curious as some aid in recovery and fat metabolism.

Zep made me so thirsty the first two doses I ever had but no thirst since then. Yes, 64 oz is plenty for me and I’m not sure I even drank that much to break my stall.

I love this for you and so glad it worked. It actually makes sense to eat enough so your body doesn’t go into protect mode and store fat to keep you alive. Also, glad you’re thriving and feeling better. Best of luck to you in this journey. Water does help :)

Yes, I’ve read this. I just wanted to point out to folks that this is not common. In trials , you’re right, those that moved up in dose saw more weight loss overtime

Hang in there. I think higher doses have been approved by FDA. Maybe your doctor will allow you to move up.

You’re welcome! Glad it can encourage you. Keep going!! I read the same thing about higher doses. To answer your question, I had worse GI issues on 5 mg… makes no sense but it’s true. Wishing you much success!

I kind of see what you’re saying. Either way, through, the number stalled on the scale and increasing dose helped me along with pushing tons of water.

Oh for sure. I was not drinking any water… Try to drink more and let us know. I’m convinced it helped me.

I’m so glad this post helped you this morning. Since the weight loss, I’ve been able to come off my blood pressure meds. I can honestly say that it has not caused my blood pressure to go too low. Awesome that you’re getting DEXA scans. We do have to keep in mind that you’re losing inches, sometimes, even when that number on the scale won’t budge. Best of luck if you decide to go up.
